Lg which hooks over the lip of the drum to pull it into a horizontal position; amount of operator leverage required to tilt drum into position; no hoist or lift required, simply rock drum into cradled position and slide sump into place; open design for quick access to spills; supports 30 or 55 gallon steel or plastic drums
