Kit consists of a syringe and an on body injector; along with patient instructions, health care provider instructions and a reference guide; single-use prefilled syringe (labeled for use with on body injector only) contains 6 mg per 0.6 ml active ingredient; packaged together with a sterile on the body injector; a health care provider uses the prefilled syringe to fill the on the body injector with the pegfilgrastim and then apply the injector to the patient's skin; the prefilled syringe contains additional solution to compensate for liquid loss during delivery through the on body injector; apply to intact, non-irritated skin on the arm or abdomen; product contains dry natural rubber; acrylic adhesive is used to adhere to patients skin; store at 2-8 degrees c (36deg to 46 degrees f); do not freeze; do not shake; protect from light
